Phil Cunningham
Phil Cunningham (born December 17, 1974 in Macclesfield , Cheshire ) is a member of the English band New Order . He finally joined the band in 2004 after touring since 2001. He replaced Gillian Gilbert , but he still takes on a slightly different role within the band: He plays more guitars and fewer synthesizers.
In the 1990s, Cunningham was a member of the Britpop band Marion , which he later reformed with frontman Jaime Harding .
Cunningham was also involved in the band Run Run Run . However, because of his involvement with New Order, he left this project.
