The Baderturm in Hammelburg , a small town in the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , was built between 1242 and 1260. The defense tower is a protected monument .

The semicircular, formerly five-storey tower made of masonry or quarry stone is one of three preserved towers of the Hammelburg city fortifications . Since 2016 there has been a staircase with a viewing platform inside the almost 17 meter high tower.
