The single-track line began at Tama Brodzka station (Broddydamm / Dammfurt; km 0.001) on the Działdowo – Chojnice railway line and ran northwards via Nowe Miasto Lubawskie station (Neumark (West Prussia) Staatsbahnhof / Neumark (West Prussia) north; km 21.597) the Nowe Miasto Lubawskie – Zajączkowo Lubawskie railway line (formerly Neumark – Zajonczkowo small railway), after the Iława Główna junction station (Deutsch Eylau Hauptbahnhof), where the lines from Thorn to Allenstein and from Warsaw to Gdansk cross.

history

former Radomno railway station

The section Deutsch Eylau - Niedeck was opened on September 1, 1902, the section Niedeck - Broddydamm on October 15, 1903 by the Prussian State Railways . From 1920 the new German-Polish border ran due to the Polish corridor between Deutsch Eylau and Radomno, which was established after the First World War and the Versailles Treaty . Passenger traffic across the border was discontinued in 1923 and not again during the time of the German occupation of Poland from 1939 to 1945 recorded. After the end of the war, Poland took over the area again and the Polish State Railways took over the route, and from 1946 onward passenger traffic was operated again. In 2000 the traffic was stopped and the line closed. The operational starting point of the route was always the Brodnica station (Strasburg (West Prussia)).
