The Bailey Window (from English window 'window' ) is a striking notch in the east of Alexander I Island off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located within a mountain ridge between Khufu Peak in the north and the western end of Elephant Ridge near Fossil Bluff in the south.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1999 after David Bailey, Koch at the British Antarctic Survey , who had assisted in surveying the area between 1994 and 1995.
