Baizhuang School

The Baizhuang School ( Chinese  擺 莊 派  /  摆 庄 派 , Pinyin Baizhuang pai , English Baizhuang Sect ) is one of the four schools of Southern (or Theravāda - or Pali -) Buddhism (Chinese Shangzuobu Fojiao or Nanchuan Fojiao ) in Yunnan . It is also called the Genglong School (Chinese: Genglong pai耿 龙 派) or Siyuan School (Chinese: Siyuan pai寺院( ) (after its Chinese names) . The belief was in the mid -Ming period from Burma introduced and is in the of the peoples of the Dai , Deang (Benglong) and Achang inhabited areas of Dehong and Baoshan in China spread Yunnan Province. As in the run school ( 潤 派  /  润 派 , Run pai , English Run Sect ) the monk and priesthood is very well developed and its influence is very strong.
