The Balder Point is a headland at the Foyn coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . He marks the east end of a narrow, a cockscomb resembling the ridge extending from the Frigga peak km over a length of 10 in southeasterly direction to the west side of the Cabinet Inlet extends.

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) mapped the Cape in 1947 based on its own measurements and named it after Balder , a god from Germanic mythology .
