The Baldwin Glacier is a 25 km long left tributary glacier of the Logan Glacier in the Elias Range in Alaska ( USA ).

The Baldwin Glacier has its nutrient area 50 km west of Mount Logan at an altitude of about 2300  m . This is bordered to the south by the Jefferies Glacier , which flows west to the Tana Glacier . It flows mainly in a northerly direction. The Fraser Glacier meets the Baldin Glacier halfway from the right. The 1.5 km wide glacier finally reaches the Logan Glacier, which flows westwards, opposite the confluence of the Walsh Glacier. The lower end of the glacier is at an altitude of about 1150  m .
