The Ball Glacier is an 11 km long glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Royal Society Range it flows from the area between Mount Lister and Mount Hooker in a northeasterly direction between the ridges Craw Ridge and Tasman Ridge to the Blue Glacier .
The New Zealand Geographic Board named it after the New Zealand climber Gary Ball (1953-1993), who climbed Mount Lister as part of an Italian team in a campaign lasting from 1976 to 1977, camping on this glacier and from 1980 to 1981 with the team of the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program , which explored the area around this glacier.
