Ballingstrasse 3 in Bad Kissingen.

The property at Ballingstrasse 3 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-397 .

history

The three-storey, plastered mansard hipped roof was built in 1909 as a spa hotel. It was built by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in Art Nouveau style with baroque elements. The property is a good example of the characteristics of Art Nouveau, which, in contrast to the Wilhelminian style, reduce the overall contour to simple, closed lines and emphasize a strong plasticity.

The fronts of the property are currently somewhat simplified.
