The Balthazar River is a river in northern Dominica in the Parish Saint Andrew . It rises in the south of the eastern flank of the Morne aux Diables at about 600 m above sea level , not far from the source of the South Branch River . It flows to the east, takes in some smaller streams from the left and north (from Aouya and Enbas) and passes Vieille Case in the north. After a steep descent, it flows into the Atlantic in Autrou Bay . The river is only about 3 km long. The catchment area of the Aouya River joins to the north and the small Ravine Séche runs in the south .
