The Bankuba Forest Park is a forest area in the West African state of Gambia .
The area designated in 1954 with 850 hectares is located in the Central River Region in the District of Fulladu West . The roughly rectangular 2.3 by 3.4 kilometer area on the southern bank of the Gambia River is about ten kilometers from the town of Bansang .
