The Baoulé is the left headwaters of the Bani in Mali and Ivory Coast .

course

The almost 500 km long river has its source 30 km southeast of Odienné . It flows in a northerly direction, which it maintains until shortly after the mouth of its largest tributary, the Banifing. (Not to be confused with the right tributary of the Bani of the same name.) After a pronounced loop, it changes course and flows in an easterly direction towards the confluence with the Bagoé, which is about 30 km east of Dioïla .

Hydrometry

Average monthly flow of the Baoulé at the hydrological station at Dioïla, about 30 km before the confluence with the Bagoé, measured in m³ / s.
