The Barker Nunatak is an approximately 1500 m high nunatak in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . As one of the Grossman Nunatakker, it rises 3.3 km northeast of the Fletcher Nunatakker .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1988 after the American cartographer Kenneth Barker, who, together with his colleague James B. Fletcher, formed the satellite survey team for the United States Geological Survey at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in the Antarctic winter of 1977.
