Basil Ince

Basil Ince (born May 1, 1933 ) is a former sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago .

In 1959 he won silver over 400 m at the Pan American Games in Chicago and was sixth over 200 m . In the 4 x 400 meter relay , he won with the team of the West Indian Federation .

He set his personal best over 400 m of 46.4 s on September 1, 1959 in Chicago .
