Bastian Trinker (born May 11, 1990 in Pörtschach am Wörther See ) is an Austrian tennis player .

Career

Drinker mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour . So far he has won eight singles and three doubles on the Future Tour.

In 2015 he made his debut on the ATP World Tour at the BMW Open as a lucky loser in Munich , after actually losing to Radek Štěpánek in qualifying . In the opening round he lost 2: 6, 6: 7 (3: 7) against Fabio Fognini .

At the end of the year he had another appearance at the ATP level at the Konzum Croatia Open in Umag . After qualifying, Trinker defeated the former top 10 player Michail Juschny in three sets before losing to Gaël Monfils 3: 6, 0: 6 in the round of 16.

In 2016 , Trinker played increasingly on the Challenger Tour, where he reached a quarter-finals for the first time in Anning .
