Every day, Barbara Gordon sees her beloved Gotham City go further down the drain. With crime and sexual deviance on the rise, Barbara's father, the police chief, is handcuffed by the corruption of the political system. Barbara knows that to save her city she must maneuver outside the limits of the law. She puts on a mask and joins the duo Batman and Robin as Batgirl as an ally. When Gotham's newest criminal, the Joker, breaks into Arkham Asylum and frees Riddler, Harlequin, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow and Catwoman, the trio find themselves outnumbered but not in terms of sexual power.
