Batllava ( Albanian also Batllavë , Serbian Батлава Batlava ) is a village in the municipality of Podujeva in northeastern Kosovo . In 2011 the place had 2334 inhabitants. The residents are almost exclusively Albanians.
In Batllava you can find the ruins of a church of St. Mary from the 17th century, which is listed as a cultural monument of Kosovo. Batllava airfield is located northwest of the village . The artificial Lake Batllava was created in the hills to the east .
