The corner house Baumstraße 1 in Memmingen in Upper Swabia is a listed building in the old town.

The three-story building with three to ten axes consists of two houses. It has a gable roof with the gable facing the tree road. It was probably built in the 17th century and has at the eaves a dormer with renewed gables and a bay window on the first floor. The portal on the gable side is arched. The oak door with brass fittings in rocaille shape dates from around 1770, the door lock from the 17th century. The door hinges and the hinges with foliage decoration were made around 1720. The window next to it is also arched and provided with a diamond lattice from around 1670. The stair railing inside is decorated with slender oak balusters from around 1720 to 1730. The stucco ceiling on the first floor contains bandwork, lattice and flowers as well as female busts in the corner cartouches as allegories of the four seasons. On the first floor there are four doors with drilled door frames, two door leaves have crank frames with polished root wood inlays. The tin and brass fittings are decorated with bands and foliage.

After a fire on May 19, 2011, the roof structure was partially destroyed. The house was then redeveloped by the local home keeper Wolfram Arlart.
