Beatriz Argimón (2019)

Beatriz Argimón Cedeira (born August 14, 1961 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan notary and politician. She belongs to the Partido Nacional . She has been the Vice President of Uruguay since March 2020.

In the runoff election of the presidential election on November 24, 2019, the formula Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou / Beatriz Argimón prevailed with 48.71 percent of the vote against Daniel Martínez / Graciela Villar (47.51 percent).
