The Beaumont Hill is a 350 m high hill on the west side of Liège Iceland in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 7 km northeast of Chauveau Point .
The hill was mapped in 1959 using aerial photographs by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. from 1956 to 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the US surgeon William Beaumont (1785–1853), who researched human digestion .
