Beckham David Wyrick (born December 13, 1983 in Cincinnati , Ohio ) is a retired American basketball player .

The 1.98 m tall and 101 kg heavy small forward played in the USA for the University of NC Wilmington until he moved to the German Bundesliga club Bayer Giants Leverkusen in 2006 , where he received a contract until the end of the 2007/08 season.

Beckham Wyrick was considered a defensive basketball player who also had a very good throw from distance.

From the 2008/09 season onwards, Wyrick went basket-hunting for Brose Baskets Bamberg for two years , before moving to the Pro A for one season at Bayern Munich and winning the championship there.

For the 2011/2012 season Wyrick received a contract with the Bundesliga club BBC Bayreuth . The contract was not originally extended by the club for the 2012/2013 season. However, he received a new contract with Bayreuth at short notice a few weeks before the start of the 2012/2013 season. a. because the club had to react to injuries suffered by other players. The new contract was originally limited to November 18, 2012 for financial reasons. Through various actions on the part of the club, enough money could be collected for a contract extension and the contract was extended until the end of the 2013/2014 season. For the 2014/2015 season, Wyrick did not receive a new contract in Bayreuth.

On January 23, 2015, the central German BC announced the commitment of Wyrick until the end of the season. He played for the Wolves until the end of the 2014/15 season. This ended his basketball career, and in 2016 he started a position at the financial services provider Aptus in the USA.
