Beda Umberto Paluzzi
Beda Umberto Paluzzi OSB (born January 31, 1936 in Ferentino , Province of Frosinone , Italy ) is a former abbot of Montevergine .
Life
Beda Umberto Paluzzi joined the order of the Benedictines , made his profession on October 31, 1954 and was ordained a priest on July 11, 1961 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on November 15, 2006 Apostolic Administrator of Montevergine Abbey. Elected Abbot of Montevergine on April 18, 2009.
On April 18, 2014, Pope Francis accepted his resignation.
