The house is at the address Stendaler Straße 10 in the inner city of Haldensleber, north of the market square of the city.

History and architecture

The two-storey building was built in half-timbered construction and was partly plastered. The framework shows a peasant dance motif . Major structural changes were made in the 19th and 20th centuries. On the threshold there is an inscription relating to the city fire:

" THE LORD'S GVTE IS THAT WE ARE NOT GAHRAUS, HIS MERCY HAS NO END BUT IT IS NEW EVERY MORNING ."

The house was renovated around 2014.

In the monument register for Haldensleben , the house is registered as a monument under registration number 094 98513 .
