Beirut Terraces is a high-rise in Beirut , Lebanon ; it is in the Minet el-Hosn district south of the Platinum Tower . The 119 meter high building has 26 floors with striking terraces protruding outwards and serves as a residential high-rise. The building was designed by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron and was one of the five finalists for the Frankfurt International High- Rise Award in 2018, together with the eventual winner Torre Reforma and Maha Nakhon , Chaoyang Park Plaza and Oasia Hotel Downtown .
