The Bela Hill is a 84  m high hill on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . It rises up as a striking landmark in the otherwise rather structureless region in the south of the Breidnes Peninsula .

The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him in 1973 after Lou Frank Ostril-Bela, who was chief meteorological observer at Davis Station in 1969.
