Ben Burr-Kirven (* 8. September 1997 in Menlo Park , California ) is an American American football poker players. He plays the linebacker position for the Seattle Seahawks .

Career

Burr-Kirven played for the Washington Huskies at the University of Washington College Football from 2015 to 2018 . In his first season he played twelve of 13 games. He was voted Best Huskies Special Teams Player. In 2016 he played in all games. As a junior he played in all 13 games, eight of them as a starter. He was elected to the second team All-Pac-12 . In 2018 he started in all 14 games, in which he achieved a national record of 176 tackles. He was elected to the first-team All-Pac-12 , Pat Tillman Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-American .

In the 2019 NFL Draft , Burr-Kirven was selected as the 142nd player in the fifth round by the Seattle Seahawks . He played in all 16 games in the 2019 season , mainly appearing as a special teams player. He has recorded eight special team tackles.
