BRL V6
Benelux Racing League V6 ( BRL V6 for short ) is a touring car racing series founded in 2004 .

The BRL-V6 is a silhouette touring car based on a tubular frame chassis and equipped with V6 Ford engines with an output of around 239 kW (325 hp). The vehicle weight is 925 kilograms. Prescribed tires Hoosier - or Dunlop - slicks . It is a heavier version of the BRL Light version.
The vehicles are used for the Dutch Supercar Challenge and for raceway races ( oval course races ). The first professional series took place in 2005. Well-known drivers were for example: the former DTM champion Kurt Thiim , Le Mans driver Marc Goossens and Jeroen Bleekemolen . In 2005 Bleekemolen won 11 of 14 races.
Around 30 vehicles with different drivers in 13 teams are currently participating in this class. The operator and organizer is the BRL Association .
