Benjamin Waldecker (born February 2, 1983 in Mannheim ) is a German soccer player.

Career

In his youth, Waldecker played for SV Waldhof Mannheim . Via the youth and the second team, he joined the club's first team in 2003. In 2006 he moved to SV Sandhausen , with whom he was promoted to the Regionalliga Süd in 2007 and to the 3rd division in 2008. Since Waldecker rarely got a train in his last season at SV Sandhausen, he returned to SV Waldhof Mannheim for the 2010/11 season. For the 2011/12 season, Benjamin Waldecker moves to the upper division SpVgg Neckarelz . With the club he rose in the 2012/13 season as a champion in the Regionalliga Südwest . In the following season he only made four regional league appearances in the first half of the season and switched to national league club TSV Amicitia Viernheim during the winter break . After the end of the 2014/15 season, Waldecker ended his career as a player.
