The Bennett Nunatakker are two 800 m apart nunatakker in Marie-Byrd-Land in West Antarctica . In the Horlick Mountains, they rise half a mile west of the Lackey Ridge in the Ohio Range .

They were geodetically surveyed in December 1958 by a team from the United States Antarctic Research Program to investigate the Horlick Mountains. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1962 after the American geomagnetologist and seismologist John B. Bennett, who worked at Byrd Station in 1960 .
