The Bennett Spur is an approximately 800 m high rock spur in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the Dufek massif of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises between the Wujek Ridge and the Cox-Nunatak .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1979 after David W. Bennett, who together with Robin D. Worcester formed the first satellite survey team of the United States Geological Survey at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in the Antarctic winter of 1973 .
