Benny Nibbrig (born July 19, 1990 in Ochtrup ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

In his youth, Nibbrig first played soccer at FC Schüttorf 09 , before he started playing volleyball at the same club as an 18-year-old. With Schüttorf, he rose to the second Bundesliga North in 2012 . In 2015, the diagonal player switched to league competitor TSG Solingen Volleys , where he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2016 . After a season as a regular player in Solingen, Nibbrig ended his Bundesliga career in 2017 in favor of his studies.

Career Beach

Nibbrig is also active in beach volleyball. At the side of Daniel Wernitz , he achieved third place in the Smart Super Cup in Hamburg in 2016 , a victory in the Smart Beach Cup in Sankt Peter-Ording and participation in the German championships in Timmendorfer Strand .
