The Bentley Peak is a mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it looms at the northern end of the Thomas Hills . It forms a massif with surrounding hills and nunataks .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2011. It is named after the British geomorphologist Mike Bentley from Durham University , who worked in the Pensacola Mountains in 2009.
