Touches is a German-language concept album by Danish singer Gitte Hænning with lyrics by Michael Kunze from 1983. As a sign of her emancipation, she also had her last name printed on the cover for the first time. It was her most successful album to date, with number 9 in the German charts and a gold record in 1984.

Hænning recorded the album in July and August 1983 in the Munich ARCO studios. After Staying Until Sunday (1980) and Ungeschminkt (1982), it was her third concept album for the German-speaking market, with which she drew a self-portrait and a new, current image of women through sophisticated texts. In 1983 she was awarded the Golden Tuning Fork for the third time as Best Pop Soloist and for the first time the Golden Camera . The single release stage fright reached number 27 in the German charts. In 1984 Hænning went on a touches concert tour, which resulted in the live album With Stage Fever on Tour (1984). For this successful time, she got a Bambi for best German-speaking singer in 1984 . The entire album was broadcast on ARD on May 1, 1984 as a TV music show in the form of music videos, directed by Pit Weyrich , and then released as an image plate.
