The Berger Bach is an approximately three kilometer long tributary of the Ennepe .
The stream has its source in Volmarstein , Wetter (Ruhr) . It is fed by several seepage springs south of the “Am Grünewald” road and from a smaller tributary near “Auf Schölling”. It first runs through a sieve in the Stork green corridor , then some grassland in a tree-lined stream bed and then crosses a small reservoir. Another nameless influx comes from the area of the street “Vordere Heide”. It passes under the piped federal motorway 1 and then flows through the Schmandbruch district via Gut Berge to Vogelsang in Gevelsberg . There it flows into the Ennepe.
