Bergfeld (Flörsbachtal)

The Bergfeld is a 470 m high clearing island in the area of the municipality of Flörsbachtal in the Hessian nature park Spessart , after it came to today's Flörsbachtal district Kempfenbrunn in 1768 . It is located between Gelnhausen and Lohr am Main and about 1.5 kilometers from the state border with Bavaria and can be reached via the 892 district road between Kempfenbrunn and Mosborn . It is also crossed by the Kempfenbrunn cultural hiking trail of the Archaeological Spessart Project. The agriculturally used mountain field lies below the Wellersberg .
