history

The property was built in the historicist style in 1885 by the architect Jakob Hergenröder . It is a three-storey mansard roof building with octagonal bay towers and a central projecting crowned by decorative gables . However, the facade is greatly simplified compared to the original state; the balconies originally attached to the facade no longer exist.

The property also includes the enclosure, which was also built in 1885 and is located on a house retaining wall. The pillars of the enclosure are equipped with wrought iron bars.
