Bernardo Calderón Cabrera

Bernardo Calderón Cabrera (born October 16, 1922 in Mexico City , † December 21, 2003 there ) was a Mexican architect .

biography

Calderón studied from 1940 to 1945 at the Escuela Nacional de Arquitectura (ENA) of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where he subsequently lectured from 1947 to May 2003. In 1980 he received his M.Arch. -Title.

As an architect, he worked with Manuel Ortiz Monasterio , and later with his brother José Luis Calderón Cabrera . His work includes drafts of well-known buildings, including the headquarters of the ENA in the university town of the UNAM, as well as the restoration of larger church buildings in Mexico City.
