Bernd-Carsten Hiebing (born May 1, 1951 in Landegge , now Haren-Ems in the Emsland district ) is a German CDU politician and member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Bernd-Carsten Hiebing was born on May 1, 1951 in Landegge as the son of Hermann Otto Hiebing and Ida Helena Hiebing, born in 1951. Boolke was born. He was born with Maria Anna Hiebing . He is a member of the Committee on Home Affairs and Sport and the Ports and Shipping Subcommittee. He has also been a member of the data protection commission since 2008. As spokesman for the ports and shipping subcommittee, Hiebing has been a member of the board of the CDU parliamentary group in the Lower Saxony state parliament since 2008. Hiebing took part in the sixteenth Federal Assembly on the occasion of the election of the 12th German Federal President on February 12, 2017 in the Reichstag building in Berlin , from which Frank-Walter Steinmeier emerged as Federal President .
