Bernd Hesse (* 1962 in Bad Saarow ) is a German lawyer, criminal defense attorney and author .

biography

After school, high school and training as a machine and system fitter, Bernd Hesse worked as a pipeline fitter for petroleum plants. He later studied law at the Free University of Berlin and obtained his doctorate with a thesis supervised by Klaus Adomeit on outsourcing to a Dr. iur . After qualifying as a lawyer in Frankfurt (Oder) , he studied cultural studies with a focus on literature and linguistics at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and graduated with one of Anselm Haverkamp supervised work on ETA Hoffmann to Dr. phil.

Bernd Hesse runs a law firm in Frankfurt (Oder) and a branch in Berlin . In his legal work, he specializes in commercial law , labor law and criminal law and works as a criminal defense lawyer . The Brandenburg Higher Regional Court appointed him to be a trainer and he has a teaching position at the European University in Frankfurt (Oder) .

Bernd Hesse started writing poems, short stories and novels when he was still at school. In addition to a large number of legal publications, he published the crime novels "Rubel, Red Light and Rocket Launcher" and "Vodka, Women, Water Body". The collections of authentic criminal cases "The Execution" and "Through Hell" were published by Verlag Das Neue Berlin .

Together with the author Silvia Walter, he wrote the scripts for a radio play series based on his book of the same name, "The Execution: Authentic Criminal Cases" for the broadcaster Pure FM .
