Bernd Lütz-Binder

Bernd Lütz-Binder (born April 24, 1942 in Mannheim ) is a German lawyer and criminal defense attorney .

Life

Lütz-Binder attended the Kurfürst-Ruprecht-Gymnasium in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse , which at that time was still called the Altsprachliches Gymnasium , and passed his Abitur there in 1961. He studied law in Bonn , Tübingen and Freiburg im Breisgau . He obtained his first state examination in Freiburg, the second followed at the Landau district court , where he spent his legal clerkship .

Lütz-Binder was admitted to the bar in 1971 . In 1972 he opened a law firm in Landau . There are now working alongside him: Lutz Meyer-Goßner , Lütz-Binder's daughter Eva Lütz-Binder and Stefan Beck, the son of Kurt Beck . As a lawyer, Lütz-Binder is primarily active in the areas of criminal defense and revision . Further focus areas are juvenile criminal law , inheritance law and tenancy law .

In 2011, Lütz-Binder commented on the criminal proceedings of the weather presenter Jörg Kachelmann to Südwestrundfunk .

Lütz-Binder has published humorous fiction , some of which also deal with legal cases.
