Rusinski studied at the Conservatory in Wiesbaden and started his music career as a composer in 1978 for Roland Kaiser . As a singer he made his record debut with the RCA in 1980 with the title "Mädchen-Fan" without any notable success. 1982 followed another record on the Peter Orloff label Aladin before he released 3 singles under his first name on Papagayo (1984-1986). From 1988 he sang again under his full name and achieved his greatest success with the title "We danced for a summer". But as a composer and producer he also wrote for the following artists, among others: Margit Anderson, Ulla Norden , Regina Thoss and Jessica Mohn. The French actor and singer Pierre Brice also interpreted Rusinski's song Kinder are like sunflowers on his CD Emotions . In 1997 he founded his own record label Solitaire Records and since then he sang under the name Bernd Rusinsky. In 2004 Bernd Rusinski died of leukemia.
