Bernd Schütze

Bernd Schütze (born June 22, 1958 in Karlsruhe ) is a German lawyer.

Career

After completing his law studies at the University of Freiburg in 1983 , where he also studied political science , he worked as a research assistant at this university from 1983 to 1987. In 1990, Schütze passed the second state examination in law. After joining the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg at the Freiburg Administrative Court in 1992, he was appointed judge at the Administrative Court in 1995 . In the same year, secondments to the Federal Constitutional Court , the Federal Social Court and the Federal Ministry for Health and Social Security began , which lasted until 2005. In that year he took over the vice-presidency of the social court in Freiburg . On June 21, 2007, after handing over the certificate of appointment by State Secretary Kajo Wasserhövel , he became judge at the Federal Social Court with effect from July 1, 2007. There he was assigned to the Third Senate.
