Bernhard Anton Katterbauer
Bernhard Anton Katterbauer (Czech: Bernard Antonín Katterbauer ; † 13. September 1779 in Kutna Hora , Bohemia ) was a Czech sculptor and wood carver of Baroque .
Life
Bernhard Anton Katterbauer was the son of the sculptor Franz Martin Katterbauer . In 1734 he created the altar of the Peter and Paul Church in Kuttenberg. Also in Kuttenberg he furnished the All Saints Church - probably together with the sculptor Jan Karel Kovář - and created the statue of St. John. He owned two houses in Kuttenberg and is documented as a guild master for 1736 . In 1771 he held the post of primate of the Kuttenberg miners .
