Bernhard Eisendle

Bernhard Eisendle (* 1939 in Lienz ) is an Austrian painter .

Bernhard Eisende studied painting and fine arts at the Munich and Stuttgart academies . After stays in France, Germany and Italy, Eisendle now lives in Graz . Eisendle's painting is rich in contrast and often deals with religious subjects, especially death. In 1991 the painter was included in the book The Austrian Painters of the 20th Century .
