Bernhard Gritsch

Bernhard Gritsch (born June 13, 1963 ) is an Austrian master chimney sweep and politician ( FPK , formerly FPÖ or BZÖ ). From 1999 to 2013 he was a member of the Carinthian state parliament .

education and profession

Gritsch attended elementary school in Grafenstein and six classes at the 2nd Federal High School in Klagenfurt . Then Gritsch learned the job of a chimney sweep in his parents' company and passed his master craftsman's examination in 1987 .

politics

Gritsch has been a local councilor in Grafenstein since 1991 and a free local party chairman since 1993. He moved into the Carinthian state parliament on April 8, 1999 as a member of the FPÖ, changed from 2005 to 2009 in the course of the split in the party, like almost all Carinthian members of the state parliament, to the BZÖ and has been up since the cooperation of the Freedom Party in Carinthia and the FPÖ Federal member of the FPK. His political work focuses on economic and infrastructure issues as well as associations. In the state parliament, he took over the topics of folk culture and associations (fire brigade) as area spokesman.

In addition, Gritsch has been a member of the supervisory board of Raika Grafenstein since 1996 and was elected deputy FPK district party chairman in the Klagenfurt-Land district in 2008.

Private

Gritsch married his longtime partner in 2005 and lives in Grafenstein. He is a member of the Grafenstein Voluntary Fire Brigade.
