Bernhard Grom

Bernhard Grom SJ (born April 5, 1936 in Tiengen ) is professor emeritus for religious education and religious psychology at the University of Philosophy in Munich .

Study and job

Studied philosophy 1957–1960 in Pullach / Munich, teaching at the Gymnasium Kolleg St. Blasien / Black Forest 1960–1963, studied theology in Lyon 1963–1967, postgraduate studies in Brussels and Rome 1967–1969, ordained priest in 1966, doctorate to Dr. theol. at the Pontificia Università Gregoriana 1970, habilitation at the University of Philosophy, Munich 1972 and at the Theological Faculty of the University of Innsbruck 1974. From 1972 to 2004 professor for religious education and religious psychology at the University of Philosophy, Philosophical Faculty SJ, Munich and several years guest lecturer at the theological faculties in Lucerne and Innsbruck as well as at the philosophical-theological universities of St. Georgen / Frankfurt , Benediktbeuern and Krakow.
