Bernhard Horst Heise

Bernhard Horst Heise (born June 30, 1925 in Nordhausen ; † February 18, 2015 in Munich ) was a German federal judge at the Federal Fiscal Court in Munich.

Life

Bernhard Horst Heise grew up in the former eastern regions. His older brother went missing since World War II . As a young soldier, he served at the front during the war. He married Helga Elsbeth Erika (nee Schroeder) on July 22, 1965 in Wuppertal . Since the marriage remained childless, they adopted two children, a daughter and a son. The adopted daughter died at the age of 27 as a result of an autoimmune disease .

Heise, who studied law, began his career at the local court before beginning his term of office at the Federal Fiscal Court in Munich-Bogenhausen on July 1, 1971 . On June 30, 1991 he retired from active service as a retired federal judge . D. off. He brought some important legal and statutory decisions on the way or was involved in them.

Heise last lived in Taufkirchen . He died on February 18, 2015 in Harlachinger Hospital in Munich of pneumonia as a result of an infection after a femoral neck operation. His urn was buried in the family grave on March 3, 2015 at the Taufkirchen Am Wald community cemetery.
