Bernhard Jülg (Author)

Bernhard Jülg (born January 4, 1888 in Trient , † February 9, 1975 in Tavernaro ) was an Austrian writer.

Bernhard Jülg attended grammar school in Trento and then studied Romance studies in Vienna, Rome and Innsbruck. He published stories and poems in the magazine Der Brenner, edited by Ludwig von Ficker . From 1912 to 1914 he lived in Paris and Berlin , where he also worked as a screenwriter. He was released from military service due to illness. Jülg taught French and Italian in Trient and Kufstein and was primarily active as a writer after his retirement.
