The Bernhardtinden is a 2727 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is the southernmost peak of Lunckeryggen in the Sør Rondane Mountains .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1988 after the topographer Bernhard Luncke (1894–1963), head of the campaign of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960) carried out from 1957 to 1958 .
