Bernt Nikolai Hulsker (born September 9, 1977 in The Hague , Netherlands ) is a former Norwegian football player . The striker made his career in his home country and Sweden, winning the championship title in Norway in 2005.

Career

After making his competitive team debut for his hometown club Vestnes / Varfjell IL , whose junior division he had joined in 1983, Hulsker started his career in 1995 at Tomrefjord between 1996 and 1997 and again for one year at Vestnes / Varfjell IL and SK Traeff .

In the summer of 1999, Hulsker moved to the first division team Molde FK in the Tippeligaen . At the runner-up he did not get beyond the role of a supplementary player, only in the course of the 2000 season did he establish himself over long periods in the regular formation. However, the club could not confirm the success and placed mainly in the middle of the table of the Norwegian championship.

Before the start of the 2005 season , Hulsker joined league rivals Vålerenga Oslo . With the club he won the championship title in Norway at the end of the season, but he only played 13 season games and was only seven times in the starting lineup. Therefore, he left the club after only one season and went to the traditional Swedish club AIK . Here, too, he missed the breakthrough in two seasons, in his second year he only played six season games until the summer break.

In summer 2007, he returned to year and a half back to Norway, the new association was the located in a relegation battle first division side IK Start . With the club he was relegated to the second-rate Adeccoligaen at the end of the year , and he contributed to the direct resurgence with eight goals in 23 games this season. In the first division he was initially still successful with nine goals in the 2009 season, but in the subsequent season he was pushed off to league rivals Stabæk Fotball shortly after the start of the season . There he was mainly second choice, ending his active career at the end of the year.
